How Reforms Should Look Like

  1. Ladakh UT needs to be upgraded to be a UT with an assembly under Lt. Governor with 36 seats and distributed as follows
    • Leh – 7 seats
    • Kargil – 7 seats
    • Gilgit – 7 seats
    • Baltistan – 7 seats
    • Chitral – 4 seats
    • Aksai Chin – 4 seats
  2. Fill all the vacant seats at the Ladakh assembly and the Jammu & Kashmir assembly by refugees and / or appoint their current representatives till the time there will be next elections.
  3. Appoint the District Collectors as well as the Cabinet State Ministers of Revenue for the areas not currently under our full control. Add all these districts under Aspirational Districts program immediately.
  4. Below major schemes should be implemented for these districts and encourage all the new-citizens to enroll and make use of these funds. Allocate 1 Lakh Crores for these schemes every year for next 5 years.

  5. Mirpur and Muzzafarabad district courts should be brought under the supervision of the Srinagar High Court. The Leh District Court will need to be upgraded to be a High Court, and the Gilgit Baltistan District Court will be brought under the direct supervision of the Leh High Court. Separate benches need to be made to bring all the matters about occupied districts by Pakistan and allow exiled citizens from the occupied districts of J&K and Ladakh to apply for citizenship and PIO.
  6. Create a Parliamentary Standing Committee to POJK and POL affairs and send missions in their absence.
  7. Initiate the National Registration Council and record only the original traditional land owners. Need to ensure no Pakistani Punjabi is offered any citizenship.
  8. Take suo-motu issues about land grabbings, women’s rights issues, and other sensitive topics which are affecting the illegally occupied districts.
  9. Allow U.S.A., Saudi Arabia, U.A.E., Thailand, Bhutan, Nepal to open their consulates in Srinagar and Ladakh.
  10. Get NITI AYOG to draw plans to develop blueprints for following projects
    • Kargil – Skardu Expressway
    • Srinagar – Mirpur Expressway
    • Jammu – Mirpur – Muzzafarabad Expressway
    • Jammu – Mirpur – Muzzafarabad Railway Link
    • Manali – Leh Rail Link Extend to Skardu
    • Skardu – Hunza – Gilgit Rail Link
    • Privatise Gilgit & Skardu Airport for expansion
  11. Start building immediately after reoccupation AIIMS of 2,000 beds capacity at Gilgit and at currently in the control district of Poonch.
  12. Identify eminent politicians and educated scholars from Gilgit, Baltistan, POJK, and Chitral and promote them to future leaders, but under oath on the Indian Constitution. Appoint them in the state legislatures and in our Parliament.
  13. Announce 14 new Lok Sabha Seats till the 2026 Census and Delimitation happens

  15. Allot prime lands in Delhi for the Economic and Cultural Centers in India, which in the future can be Embassies of the following countries

    • Balochistan
  16. Allow governments-in-exile to have their own parliaments at the locations of their choosing for Balochistan & Sindh.
